Today I told myself i to eat the fuck i wanted cause i wont allow my self from 2moro. Some this sounds dumb, but yeah. Last enjoyable meals. Breakfast: Croissant, 2x cheerios, chocolate milk, boiled egg.  Lunch: Rice, chicken, seaweed, water Dinner: Exercise: 20 minute jog, 100 sit ups.
